From August 17-19, the Capitol Tokyu Hotel is offering a one night stay and a two-hour and 40-min dinner cruise under the Rainbow Bridge and around Odaiba on a Japanese yakatabune (or houseboat) with authentic tatami mat rooms aboard. The dinner includes appetizers, sashimi, cold soba and tempura fried table-side. All-you-can-drink beer, whiskey, sake or shochu and juice, cider and oolong tea for the non-alcohol drinkers are included. This special tour is JY25,500 for a single room, JY20,500 for a twin/double occupancy and a triple is JY19,500. Check in at the hotel at noon and meet in the lobby at 5pm. From there, a special shuttle bus will take you to the dock where your boat awaits.

Hisio
Hisio, the newest member to join the ranks of Asian-European fusion restaurants, combines cuisines from California and the East. Chef Hisho Ando grills fine ingredients over binchotan charcoal to ensure his special New York cuts of aged beef are cooked to perfection. The name, from "hi" (fire) and "shio" (salt), indicates their approach in grilling their main entrees using the chef's personal blend of Nagasaki salt rubbed on rack of Lamb, free range chicken, duck breast and aged New York cut sirloin, live Maine lobster and more.
