Imperial Hotel
Staff and chefs from Singapore's renowned Raffles Hotel will be at The Imperial Hotel from
July 20-31 to prepare an enticing selection of original Raffles and Singaporean dishes and
cocktails. Chef Bharat Singh Negi from Raffles' celebrated Tiffin Room and Chef Charlie
Chang Chan Weng of Raffles' popular Empire CafEwill produce a number of Singaporean
favorites at The Imperial Viking restaurant and Restaurant Eureka, while authentic
Singapore slings and million dollar cocktails will be served in The Imperial's Rendez-Vous
Lounge and Bar and the Rainbow Lounge. The now ubiquitous Singapore sling originated in
the Long Bar of the Raffles Hotel in 1915, along with the original million dollar
cocktail. Lunch is JY5000 per person (11:30am-2:30pm). Dinner will be JY7500 per person
(5pm-9:30pm). At Eureka, two authentic Tiffin Room curries will be served daily from 11am
to 11pm, at JY2500 each, as well as a complete Raffles dinner course, nightly from
5:30pm-11pm at JY3500 per person.

Tibet Tibet
With an interior reminiscent of a VIP's summer cottage in Southeast Asia, Tibet Tibet is
kitted out with Buddha statues from Nepal and for some reason a DJ booth too. The culinary
theme of this new eatery is equally eclectic and pan-Asian influenced with an emphasis on
crepe dishes. Vegetable crepes with gapao (holy basil) are JY800, and Vietnamese Spring
rolls made with crepes, rather than rice paper (JY700), are an interesting take on an
Asian staple. Original cocktails and various beers from around the world are also
available.
