The Imperial Hotel
As part of the ongoing Italy-in-Japan Year, the Imperial Hotel has invited top Italian
chef Ettore Bocchia, of the Hotel Villa Serbellioni, to create mouth-watering dishes for
its guests. At the Cicerone restaurant, diners can sample table d'hôte luncheons (JY6000)
and full-course dinners (JY8000, JY10,000), which include gourmet fare such as guinea fowl
stuffed with fois gras with caramelized apple and sautéed porcini mushrooms. Six special
dishes will also appear in the lunch and dinner buffets at The Imperial Viking restaurant.
Cicerone (Tel: 03-3539-8151) and The Imperial Viking (03-3539-8187) are open for
lunch 11:30am-2:30pm. Dinner at Cicerone is served 5:30-9:30pm and The Imperial Viking is
