The hottest day of the year has come and gone, but Tokyo' still a sweltering city during
the month of August. We sent our roving reporter (armed with plenty of water and
sunscreen) to the steaming streets to find out what cool things people treat themselves to
when the weather heats up, and where they enjoy them.

When it gets really hot, I chill out with a frozen PET bottle of water in my forest green
neoprene holder. The perfect place to enjoy it is Yoyogi park on a blue-sky Sunday
afternoon.
