I' got an Amana Radar Range, which I use three to twelve times a week. The weirdest
thing it's ever cooked is a damp wig! Could I live without it? Very funny. Could you?

I have one of those toaster oven/ microwave combos and I use it at least once a day. It's
great - you can even bake a cake with it. I once tried cooking chestnuts in my
microwave... major explosion. It would be very challenging to live without it. I haven't
done that in a long time.

I've got a Toshiba but I don't use it very often. The most unusual things I ever put in it
were an ant farm and a cockroach. As you can see, I absolutely could live without
my microwave.

Iron Chef this isn't, but this week we got a few happy homemakers all hot and
bothered over the great "to microwave or not to microwave" debate. Some like it
nuked. Some like it cooked. Only one thing was consistent: There's a lot more than just food
going into our ovens these days!

My UB40 is the best ever. I use it every day. The weirdest thing that has gone in is my
cat. I couldn't live without it because what would I cook my, uh, Camembert with?!

Mine's a Sharp and I use it less than once a day. The strangest thing I ever put in it was
Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream. I could definitely live without
it - it's not good for the molecules.
