ROCK STAR
This pen is a "Jim Knock" Zebra KRB-100. I took it trekking around the Anapurna
mountains. How much did it cost? I don' know I probably nicked it. Sometimes I flip my
pen up in the air and catch it without looking.

CAMERAWOMAN
I'm writing with a JY100 propelling pencil. I'm completing some work papers - I have a
deadline. I also use pens as bookmarks. Or I line all the colorful ones up as an interior
decoration.

I'm writing greetings cards and signing documents with a uni-ball Signo pen which I bought
for JY150. What else do I use it for? Just twiddling in my fingers!

Pens are among those little things in life we'd be lost without. Sign, scribble, compose,
write, suck, chew. Use them, lose them and abuse them. Whether it's a JY100 ball pen or a
san man Mont Blanc, has your pen got the write stuff? What do you write with it and what
other uses does it have?

GRAD STUDENT
I have a Pilot pen which cost about 50 cents or so back in Ohio. I use it for signing my
name - until I can teach my computer to do it for me. I also use it to stir my coffee, as
an emergency straw (with the middle ink part removed) and to chew on when brainstorming
new ideas.

PRODUCER
This ball point cost about 60 pence in the UK. I'm writing notes for work. I use it to
scratch my head.
