Eyebrows. Those dashes of runtish follicles framing the face are annoying little
things. Pretty ladies (and boys too, it seems) spend a not inconsiderable portion of their
lives plucking them. This week we browse the high brows and low brows of Tokyo's eyebrows.
But when the pain has gone, just what are you trying to say?
