MIDORI TOYODA/
ACCOUNTANT RECEPTIONIST
I work for D.P.E. I dislike the fact that wearing a uniform you lose your individualism. I
have two uniforms and I wash them every two weeks. I wish my uniform had more pockets and
was a better design.
GABRIELE DI-MEO/
PIZZA TEACHER
I' a restaurant freelancer. I like my uniform because it's comfortable and hygenic. I own
six and I wash all six every week. I like this uniform the way it is-it's perfect for my
job.

Tadao: I work for Dare To Care. I only have one uniform and I wash it when it gets dirty.
Jolly: I like this uniform because it looks good and stands out. The only problem is it's
hot in summer. If I could choose mine would be a firefighter's uniform.
Uniformity

We are what we wear and donning a uniform gives us both a sense of identity and
anonymity, which may explain why some of these not-so-uniform wearers choose to leave
their mark by not washing theirs.

I work for a French cafEand like my uniform. I only have one and I haven't washed it
since I began working here. If I could change this uniform it would be short sleeves for
summer.
KONDO/
BARMAN, HOUSE DJ
I work for Hub Bar. When I wear a uniform I dislike that I lose my individualism. If I
could choose my uniform it would be a Hawaiian shirt.
