ST PATRICK' DAY
 Feeling green can be fun,
particularly with the plethora of beer bargains on offer this St Patrick's day. Many of
Tokyo's numerous Irish beer barns will have the Guinness flowing freely on March 17 so
there's sure to be Irish eyes and smiles all round.
O'Carolan's Irish Pub
A very roomy pub serving beer on tap with comfy sofas and large windows providing plenty
of sunshine for those Sunday morning drink fests. They will soon be selling Irish
handcrafted antiques right in the bub. From 9pm on St Paddy's, there will be a drawing for
one person to win a Si-og Collection (Irish Handmade Doll) and a Tin Whistle for three
people. From 8pm you can celebrate with Celtic music and dance Mar 9-11 and 16-18, all
Irish beer (Guinness/Kilkenny/Murphy's) will be JY700 for a pint and JY400 for a half.

The Dubliners
St. Patricks Week special menu! From Mar 10-20, all Guinness, Kilkenny and Yebisu beer
will be only JY700 for a pint and JY400 for half a pint. Mar 11 and 17, Guinness, Kilkenny
and Yebisu will be JY500 for a pint and JY300 for a half. On the St Paddy's, the bar will
open all night.

The Shamrock will also be open all night on the big day, with Guinness, Kilkenny and

Scruffy Murphy's
This Irish pub in Harajuku has a great cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and live music
three nights a week. St. Patricks Day starts right from the St. Patrick's Day parade down
Omotesando on Sun Mar 11, lasting all week. Throughout the week they will open at 9am,
serving a mix of English/Irish breakfast with sausage, bacon, eggs and chips, beans on
toast, etc. Also from 7pm, you can get a pint of Murphy's Irish Stout at JY600. On Mar 17,
there will be special presents for the customers and the Paddy Field band will be playing
live from 8pm.

The Galway
An Irish getaway in the outskirts of Hachioji, the pub offers one drink free with live
acoustic rock and pop entertainment on St. Paddy's Day, while happy hour will continue
throughout Mar from 5-7pm. All draught beers, Guinness, Kikenny, Murphy'', Heineken,
Yebisu and Sapporo beers are JY500 per pint and JY300 for half a pint.

An authentic watering hole in Roppongi that's sure to be packed on St Paddy's. One of
Tokyo's first Irish pubs, the house speciality is naturally Guinness. Happy hour runs from
