From December 18-25, The New Otani' Garden Lounge Cafe in the Tower Lobby is holding a special Christmas Desserts fair. Patissier Monsieur Nakajima has prepared two delectable cakes to make your Christmas brighter. The Opera de Noel boasts bitter chocolate and coffee mousse with espresso-soaked sponge cake, and the Lumiere de Noel has white chocolate mousse on the outside and framboise mousse on the inside.

Patisserie Queen Alice
This cream-based, strawberry sponge cake is topped with barvois. The cream is made from mascarpone cheese giving it just the right balance, a veritable masterpiece. JY3500 for a 15cm cake.

Back by popular demand is Anniversaire's famous Fondand Chocolat, a simple but rich classic chocolate Christmas cake, which flew off the shelves last year. Made from Venezuela's best cacao beans, this heart-shaped cake is just right for a man without a sweet tooth. Don't wait on this treat. Only 30 cakes are made every day, and they will be sold only up until Christmas for JY2800.

Nocciola Pasticceria
You wouldn't expect a pastry shop near Tokyo Station to be anything special, but Nocciola Pasticceria has long been famous for its authentic French pastries, as well as its annual bouche de Noel. Tiramisu is the main them with a framboise sauce in the center all wrapped up in a bitter chocolate biscuit. The 10cm cake is JY1500 but hurry and reserve because they only make one hundred.

Takano Fruits Parlor
For Christmas, Patissier Takeshi Suzuki has taken their usual strawberry shortcake to a higher level by combining it with finely chopped pie crust to give it that extra crunch. Available only between December 22-25, you can either take it home or have it at their caf·after your Christmas dinner.
