Live music at Fujimamas
Sit back and relax to live music at Fujimamas in Omotesando
while enjoying their global cuisine and sipping on fine wines
from Orca International. On July 19, world fusion band Meltin'
Pot will provide live music at no charge for diners on the
first floor. Berklee grad Isao Ohashi leads the jazz improvisation
trio-electric guitar, double bass and percussion-and
with more than 60 shows a year, Meltin' Pot is sure
to heat up the dining room. The monthly tasting menu paired
with selected international wines is available at this time
for ¥5,250 (plus service charge).

Vila Madalena
This Nishi-Azabu dining spot has been gaining a steady following
of Portuguese dining fans since opening their doors last year.
Several of the European country's standard dishes-such
as tempura or the sweet castella dessert-have completely
assimilated into Japanese food so that even first-time diners
may find Portuguese flavors and aromas somewhat nostalgic.
Cataplana, seasonal seafood simmered in two large copper pots,
is the recommended dish of the month. Enjoy unique Port and
other Portuguese wines, like their specialty sparkling wine
Vinho Verde (green wine), with every meal or at the Port Bar
after 11pm.
